The type of session you’re interested in (newborn, family, milestone, or another special session)

In-home sessions are a beautiful way to capture your family as you truly are — in the comfort of your own space, surrounded by familiar toys, blankets, and memories. I specialise in relaxed, natural newborn and family photography that fits around your daily life, not the other way around. By keeping sessions in your home, we create images that feel authentic and personal, rather than staged or rushed.
I focus on gentle guidance and natural interactions so your children feel safe and comfortable. From a sleepy newborn wrapped in soft blankets to toddlers exploring their favourite corners of your home, every session is designed to capture the real, unposed moments that tell your family’s story.
-
Once you’re booked in, I’ll send you a detailed pre-session guide with tips to make the most of your in-home session. This includes advice on clothing, preparing spaces, and how to ensure everyone feels relaxed and happy. I also share a short video to introduce myself to your kids, so I’m not too much of a stranger when I arrive.
My goal is to make your experience with me as smooth and enjoyable as possible. I want your session to be remembered as a fun, loving, and stress-free day - one where the focus is on you and your family, not complicated logistics.
-
It’s best to book your Melbourne in-home newborn or family photography session as early as possible. My calendar fills up quickly, especially during popular months, so securing your preferred date ensures you won’t miss out.
For newborn sessions, many parents book while still pregnant - ideally around 28–34 weeks - so we can plan for those first couple of weeks after your baby arrives. This gives us the flexibility to schedule around your baby’s sleep patterns and your family’s routine.
For family sessions, it’s helpful to book at least 4–6 weeks in advance, particularly if you have specific dates in mind, like birthdays, milestones, or school holidays. Booking early gives you plenty of time to prepare, plan outfits, and get your home ready for an in-home session.
Even if your timeline is tight, don’t worry! I’ll always do my best to find a slot that works for your family.
Reaching out early is the key to a relaxed, stress-free photography experience, so we can focus on capturing authentic, heart-led moments rather than rushing through logistics.
